Bidirectional text (Urdu RTL with English LTR words) is handled using Unicode bidirectional markers. English words appear in their correct left-to-right order within the Urdu text flow.
By default, diacritics are minimal (matching standard Urdu text practice). For poetry or Quran recitation where full diacritics matter, the output may not include all marks - manual addition may be needed.
Urdu mode outputs in Nastaliq script regardless. Speakers using Hindi-Urdu (Hindustani) will get Urdu-script output. For Devanagari output of similar content, use Hindi mode instead.
The model handles standard modern Urdu well. Classical Persian and Arabic loan words common in poetry are generally recognized, though rare literary vocabulary may need manual verification.
